FAQ
Questions, answered.
How much does a call cost?
Each host sets a per-minute rate for voice and video, shown before you call. You are charged per started minute from the moment you connect, and only while you're on the call.
What happens if my coins run out during a call?
The app warns you when you're close to the limit. If your balance runs out, the call ends gracefully — you're never charged more than you have.
Why isn't bebu on the Play Store yet?
We're in early access while we finish store review. The APK here is signed by us; verify the SHA-256 checksum on the download page if you want to be sure it hasn't been altered.
Is my number or identity shared with hosts?
No. Calls run through our servers using temporary session tokens. Hosts see your display name and avatar only, and you can block or report anyone at any time.
How do I become a host?
Open the app, go to your profile and tap “Become a host”. You'll complete a short verification, set your rates, and can go online as soon as you're approved.
Can I get a refund?
Unused coins are refundable within the terms of our refund policy. Minutes already spent on calls are not refundable.
